Wells Fargo exec asking over $2M for Mercer Island 6BD

Medium 5ed60387312700e0dac7bb7dc5f2f30e Gregory P. Bronstein and Kathryn Bronstein listed for sale a six-bedroom, 4.5-bath home at 4 Brook Bay in Mercer Island for $2,372,500.

The Bronsteins paid $2,250,000 for the property in March 2006. Peggy Watkins of Coldwell Banker Bain Associates is the listing agent for the home. The 7,115-square-foot house was built in 1980 in the Mercer Island Central neighborhood.

Mr. Bronstein is the regional managing director for the Mid-Atlantic region at Wells Fargo and Co.

He has held several executive positions for Wells Fargo since joining in 1992. These include senior regional manager for Wells Fargo Wealth Management Group in Washington, head of Wealth Management-Regional Bank Cross-Business Partnerships, co-chief executive officer of Wells Fargo Investments and director of national sales for Wells Fargo Investments.

He also has been a board member for the Woodland Park Zoo, the Seattle Symphony and the Seattle Sports Commission.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 129 home sales in Mercer Island during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $765,000.
