University of Washington profs asking $1.895M in Central District

Moira Holley of Windermere Real Estate Northwest Inc. is the agent for the listing. The Breitners paid $1.87 million for the property in April 2005.

Ms. Breitner is a principal lecturer of public affairs at the Evans School of Public Affairs at the University of Washington in Seattle. She also is the faculty director for cascade executive programs and faculty co-director of the executive master of public administration program.

Prior to joining the faculty of the Evans School of Public Affairs in 2002, she worked at Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, where she taught graduate level financial management and public sector budgeting.

She received her D.B.A. from the Boston University Graduate School of Management, her M.B.A. from the Simmons College Graduate School of Management, and a B.A. in French studies from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. She also received a certificate from the Institute in Arts Administration at Harvard University.

is a professor of psychiatry and behavioral sciences and an adjunct professor of epidemiology at the University of Washington School of Public Health in Seattle.

He holds a B.A. degree in biology from Harvard University, an M.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.P.H. from Johns Hopkins University.
