Mr. Blanchfield is a consultant at Point B, a Seattle-based management consulting firm.

Previously, he was vice president of internet technologies group at Washington Mutual and as manager at Accenture.

He received his B.S. in finance from Oregon State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 817 home sales in Central District during the last 12 months, with a median sales price of $436,500.
