George paid $409,500 for the property in Feb. 2006. The 1,930-square-foot house built in 1990 is in the West Green Lake neighborhood.

Chacko has been an associate consultant at Infosys Technologies Ltd.

Prior to that, she was a senior software engineer at Accenture Technology Solutions and a programmer analyst trainee at Cognizant Technology Solutions.

She received her M.B.A. from Seattle University in 2009 and her B.E. in mechanical engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 69 home sales in Greenwood during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $311,219.
