Financial analyst unloads in Bellevue

Ross W. Ohashi sold a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 6653 156th Ave. S.E. in Bellevue to Tsung Hsun Lee and Hsueh Chun Chuang for $625,000 on Feb. 11.

The 2,910-square-foot home was built in 1991.

Ohashi has been a research analyst at Badgley, Phelps & Bell, an independent investment management firm with offices in Seattle and Portland, Ore.

He joined the company in 2001 as a portfolio manager and has been a member of the firm's institutional services committee.

He previously was a vice president and senior portfolio manager at Bank of America. He also worked as a treasurer for a mutual fund company, as a broker/dealer and as a private equity analyst.

Ohashi received a B.A. in marketing and a master's of business administration in finance degree from the University of Washington.

There were 594 sales in Bellevue in 2008, with a median sales price of $500,000.
