Cardiologist acquires 3BD in Mercer Island

Medium 29d151eec7998d38116475a77b6f2725 Fredric M. Tobis and Carla J. Greenbaum bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 7411 S.E. 36th St. in Mercer Island from Roger A. Idiart and Deborah A. Idiart for $828,000 on Nov. 4.

The Idiarts paid $698,900 for the property in September 2003. The 3,350-square-foot house was built in 1977 in Mercer Island North. It is located in the Island Park subdivision.

Dr. Tobis is a cardiologist and owner of Tobis Healthcare Solutions.

He previously was a chief medical officer at Lumedx and was director for cardiovascular services at Northwest Hospital.

He received his M.D. and completed his residency in internal medicine both from the Drexel University College of Medicine.

According to, there have been 231 home sales in Mercer Island during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $810,000.
