Ms. Fazio is a sales and marketing professional. She previously held advertising positions, including advertising director at Men's Vogue and eastern advertising director for Time Inc.'s All You.

She earned her bachelor's degree in economics and communications from Denison University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 455 home sales in Central District during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $430,000.
