Julie Mirel and James Mirel bought a two-bedroom, two-bath condo at 1301 Spring St. Unit #21H in Central District from Karin M. Webster for $800,000 on Nov. 15.

The 1,425-square-foot unit is in the First Hill Plaza, a luxury high-rise condo.

Ms. Mirel, a mezzo-soprano, has performed nationally in operas, musical theater, symphony and cabaret. She began her operatic career at the Cincinnati Opera and has performed frequently with the Seattle Symphony.

She trained at the conservatories of Oberlin College and the University of Cincinnati.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 127 condo sales in Central District during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $285,000.
