Internet business owner buys Magnolia $1.17M

Medium 3fbd17a89dea2c04e4cfd152bc930918 Kurt A. Denke and Pamela A. Moore bought a five-bedroom, two-bath home at 3431 Magnolia Blvd. W. in Seattle-Magnolia from Loren Hill for $1.175 million on Nov. 17.

The 3,070-square-foot house was built in 1929. It is located in Magnolia Heights subdivision.

Denke is president of Blue Jeans Cable, an internet-based business. Products include HDMI cables, DVI and displayport, s-video cables, and RF cables.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 252 home sales in Seattle-Magnolia during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $535,000.
