Microsoft execs selling Redmond 5BD

Martin S. Greenblat and his wife, Maria, have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 14208 N.E. 86th Place in Redmond for $539,000.

The Greenblats acquired the property for $470,000 in Nov. 2003. The 2,329-square-foot house was built in 1998 in Redmond West. It is located in the Redmond subdivision. Eric Reese of Coldwell Banker Bain is the listing agent.

Mr. Greenblat serves as a director of consumer and online groups at Microsoft. He previously was a communications officer at the company. Prior to joining Microsoft, he was a consultant at Accenture and the National Democratic Institute in Ukraine.

Ms. Greenblat works as a market research manager at Microsoft. She previously was a consumer information manager at Nordstrom and a market research group manager at Unilever.

She attended Sau Paulo University and the University of California-Berkeley.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 633 home sales in Redmond during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $416,500.
