Consulting firm exec buys 4BD in Southwest Seattle

Medium 85dc4319efd5c5fbf82cb04ed95c140a Todd M. Orwig and Kirstin L. Orwig bought a four-bedroom, one-bath home at 3216 41st Ave. S.W. in Southwest Seattle from Scott Barbee and Constance D. Starr for $585,000 on Nov. 4.

The 1,680-square-foot house was built in 1922 in the Southwest Seattle. It is located in the Hainsworths Heights subdivision.

Mr. Orwig is a director of operations at Touch Business Consulting, a management consulting firm.

He previously worked at with University of Puget Sound as director of admission communications.

He attended Whitworth University and received a master's degree in integrated marketing communication from Emerson College.

According to, there have been 920 home sales in Southwest Seattle during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $356,000.
