Tony J. Carrizales and Michelle Silverio bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 72 Hearthstone Road in Yonkers from Rose Delgreco for $415,000 on Oct. 13.

The 1,125-square-foot house was built in 1950 in the Yonkers Northeast neighborhood.

Carrizales is an assistant professor in the School of Management at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, N.Y.

He received his B.A. (2001) and M.P.A. (2003) from Cornell University, and his Ph.D. (2003) from Rutgers University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 623 home sales in Yonkers during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $420,000.
