Rocco Addona and Maria D. Addona sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 75 Durst Place in Yonkers to Michael Brandel and Victoria Lyddy for $600,000 on Oct. 15.

The Addonas bought the property for $315,000 in March 2000. The 1,800-square-foot house was built in 1950 in the Yonkers Southeast neighborhood.

Mr. Addona is the owner of AFM Advisor Group, an accounting firm in New York.

He received his B.B.A. in accounting from Pace University's Pleasantville/Briarcliff Campus.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 623 home sales in Yonkers during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $420,000.
