Peter Capelle and Heather Capelle bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 424 Beach Ave. in Mamaroneck Village from Carole Ireland.

The 1,500-square-foot house was built in 1940 in the neighborhood of Mameroneck Village Inland.

Mr. Capelle a Brooklyn-based composer, arranger, keyboardist and music director. He is head musical director of Applause Theatrical Workshops.

He received a B.A. in composition from the Cleveland Institute of Music and an M.A. in composition from Indiana University.
