Edward Marianacci and Mildred Marianacci sold a four-bedroom, five-bath home at 16 Perry Court in North Castle to Mary E. Mondazzi and Jonpaul Mondazzi for $865,000 on Oct. 6.

The Marianaccis paid $300,000 for the property in April 2004. It is located in the North of King Street.

Dr. Marianacci is a radiologist with Schatzki Associates at Mount Auburn Hospital. He also is an instructor at Harvard Medical School.

He received his medical degree from the State University of New York Downstate College of Medicine. He completed his residencies at Massachusetts General Hospital and the New England Deaconess Medical Center in Massachusetts.

Ms. Mondazzi is a kindergarten teacher at Benjamin Franklin Elementary School in the Lakeland Central School District.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 70 home sales in North Castle in the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $950,000.
