Risk manager buys North Castle 5BD for $1.915M

Medium e2491cf20192eface5b1fc345e2a1397 Amin Majidi and Michelle Falkenstein bought a five-bedroom, seven-bath home at 1 Fox Run in North Castle from Debra Cascardo-Weissman for $1.915 million on May 19.

The 5,158-square-foot house was built in 1930 in North of King St.

Mr. Majidi works as a risk manager at Premium Point Investments. He previously founded Alpha Beta Capital ABS Opportunities. Prior to that, he served as the head of Deutsche Bank's U.S. RMBS research business. He also held senior portfolio manager positions at ABP Investments and Bear Stearns Asset Management.

He holds a B.S. from Columbia University's School of Engineering.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 70 home sales in North Castle during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $912,500.
