Senior project engineer acquires New Rochelle 4BD

Medium b1ee38498c2d5d072dd8659619fb8c08 Jeffrey Stoicescu bought a four-bedroom, two-bath home at 200 Farragut Circle in New Rochelle from Christian and Colette Laussy for $802,500 on Oct. 9.

The 2,600-square-foot house was built in 1912 in the New Rochelle Seaside neighborhood.

Stoicescu is senior project engineer for civil, environmental, geotechnical and construction management at Malcolm Pirnie, an environmental consulting firm.

Previously, he was project engineer at MDH Engineered Solutions.

He received his bachelor's degree in engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.

According to, there have been 259 home sales in New Rochelle during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $531,000.
