Stephen and Rosemary Holodak bought a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 5 Suncliff Dr. in Tarrytown from Elizabeth G. Fuller for $830,000 on Oct. 14.

The 3,513-square-foot house was built in 1963 in the Tarrytown North neighborhood.

Mr. Holodak is vice president at Medco Health Solutions Inc., a health care company.

He attended Pace University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 28 home sales in Tarrytown during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $505,000.
