Greer O. Aviv and Avi Aviv sold a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 102 Joyce Road in Eastchester to
Colleen E. Ostrowski and Christopher T. Ostrowski for $568,000 on Sept. 24.

The 1,762-square-foot house was built in 1952 in Eastchester South neighborhood. The Avivs acquired the property for $630,000 in October 2006.

Greer Aviv is a manager of investor relations at Arrow Electronics.

Previously, Greer Aviv was an associate analyst at Stephens Inc. and Prudential Equity Group.

Greer Aviv received a B.A. in psychology from the University of Michigan.
