The property was previously acquired for $486,000 in Aug. 2006. The 3,448-square-foot house was built in 2006.

Kazmouz is a board certified family medicine doctor. She is part of the group practice at IPC - The Hospitalist Company. She was previously affiliated with St. Joseph Hospital in New Jersey, Bronx Lebanon Hospital and North Hudson Community Action Corp., Inc.

She received a medical degree from the University of Damascus in Syria and completed a residency at St. Joseph Medical Center in Pennsylvania.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,329 home sales in Land O' Lakes during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $155,000.
