Mitchell Dosch and Renae C. Dosch bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 8516 Canyon Ranch St. in Las Vegas from US Bank National Association and Master Alternative Loan-He1 for $336,000 on Dec. 16.

US Bank National Association and Master Alternative Loan-He1 paid $527,666 for the property in March. The 4,064-square-foot house was built in 2005 in the Iron Mountain Ranch neighborhood.

Mr. Dosch has served as a national highway patrol trooper based in Las Vegas. He graduated at the Nevada Law Enforcement Academy.

There have been 17,920 sales in Las Vegas in 2008, with median price of $205,000.
