Vuthoori acquired the property for $419,900 in May 2003. The 5,061-square-foot house was built in 2003 in Mountains Edge/West Enterprise. It is located in the subdivision of Pinnacle Peaks-Torrey Pines.

Vuthoori is an internist who serves as director and vice president of global business development at Las Vegas Indian Chamber of Commerce.

He attended Mahadevappa Rampure Medical College and completed his residency at Tucson Medical Center.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,949 home sales in Unincorporated Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $122,000.
