The Grebers bought the property for $285,000 in May 2003. The 2,666 square-foot property was built in 1990 in Greater Green Valley. It is located in the Summerhill subdivision.

Mr. Beveridge is a vice president at Wells Fargo, a financial service company. In the past, he held the position as portfolio manager at Wells Fargo in Nevada. He also was an assistant portfolio manager and analyst at Wachovia.

He earned B.A. in economics from Dartmouth College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 9,872 home sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $165,000.
