Gaming technology CEO purchases 3BD in Henderson

Medium 7761d2c6304dabcbc11ea8e9ec1dcb9a Paul M. Omohundro bought a three-bedroom, three-bath home at 270 Fairway Road in Henderson from Patrick E. Maloney and Rebecca S. Maloney for $399,000 on Nov. 5.

The Maloneys paid $230,000 for the property in March 1995. The 2,622-square-foot house was built in 1995 in Black Mountain Area.

Mr. Omohundro has served as COO of DEQ Systems Corp., a leading provider of gaming technology products including electronic side-betting systems for live casino table games. Before joining DEQ, he was the director of table games business development at Progressive Gaming International Corporation.

According to, there have been 9,872 condo sales in Henderson during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $165,000.
