Aaron Shiah sold a four-bedroom, three-bath home at 4542 Amber Canyon Drive in Las Vegas to Robert A. Work for $348,500 on Dec. 16.

Shiah paid $370,000 for the property in Oct. 2008. The 2,896-square-foot home in Northwest Las Vegas was built in 1993. It is part of the Monterey Estate subdivision.

Shiah is an account executive at Super Color Digital LLC, a provider of printing services.

He previously served as chairperson of the board of directors of the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership Alumni Association. Prior to that, he was the owner of Sign A Rama in Niagara Falls, New York. He has also served as vice president of sales at Melissa Data.

He has a B.S. in geosciences and a J.D. from the State University of New York College at Buffalo.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35,831 home sales in Las Vegas during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $105,000.
