Association management specialist buys Washington 3BD

Medium 7d68be9d4c013de62a397a5de89827de Anne Dudte Johnson and Brook Randall Johnson bought a three-bedroom, two-bath home at 23 Quincy Place N.E. in Washington from Gary and Joan Willoughby for $561,500 on Sept. 14.

The Willoughbys paid $188,000 for the property in August 2002. The 1,692-square-foot house was built in 1905 in the Eckington neighborhood.

Anne Johnson is an association management specialist at the Department of State in Washington, D.C.

Previously, she was program manager at NCBA/CLUSA. She also was a project coordinator and deputy country rep at ACDI/VOCA, a non-profit international development organization.

She attended the College of William and Mary.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 4,143 home sales in Washington in 2008, with a median sales price of $375,000.
