Research analyst buys Washington 5BD

Medium 0aa4269c78256adc5c9d2f450469bced Victoria Ann Wender and Anthony G. King II bought a five-bedroom, two-bath home at 518 Tuckerman St. N.W. in Washington from Deutsche Bank National Trust Company for $275,000 on Sept. 21.

Deutsche Bank National Trust Company foreclosed the property in February. The 1,144-square-foot house was built in 1927 in the Manor Park neighborhood.

Wender is a research analyst at Atlas Project, a private consulting firm that conducts in-depth analysis of campaign-related information.

She previously was a healthcare research analyst at the firm. Prior to that, she was one of the primary domestic policy researchers at the Democratic National Committee. She also worked for the Senate Majority Project doing opposition research.

She graduated from George Washington University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 4,143 home sales in Washington in 2008, with a median sales price of $375,000.
