Todd Eiholzer bought a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 529 Newton Place N.W. in Washington from EHB Holdings LLC Series 625 for $230,000 on Sept. 16.

The EHB Holdings LLC Series 625 paid $171,000 for the property in May 2009. The 878-square-foot house was built in 1914 in the Park View neighborhood.

Eiholzer is a math/CS teacher at Charles H. Flowers High School. He also is the school's coach for the girls varsity and junior varsity soccer teams.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 4,143 home sales in Washington in 2008, with a median sales price of $375,000.
