Keiser University CEO seals the deal in West End for $1.375M

Medium d1b48b91aa72fb934c3566fe1c39345b Arthur Keiser, Ph.D. and Belinda Keiser bought a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 2211 Washington Circle N.W. in Washington from Joanne C. Nicholson for $1.375 million on Sept. 22.

The 2,508-square-foot house was built in 1900 in the West End neighborhood.

Dr. Keiser is chancellor and CEO of Keiser University, Keiser Career College and Southeastern Institute. He also serves as Treasurer and member of the Board of Trustees of Everglades University and member of the board of directors at Career College Association.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 4,155 home sales in Washington in 2008, with a median sales price of $375,000.
