The 1,808-square-foot house was built in 1937 in the neighborhood of American University Park.

Ms. Morvis is an office manager and executive assistant for Rep. Phil Gingrey in the 11th district of Georgia.

Mallios was an attorney at Mallios and O'Brien.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 41 home sales in American University Park in 2008, with a median sales price of $784,500.
