Non-profit org. EVP seals the deal on Capitol Hill

Medium bbf7f06b114fe5f8722231894c9783a3 Sarah M. DiJulio and Adam B. Ruben bought a four-bedroom, one-bath home at 109 Fourth St. N.E. in Washington from Mariann Albjerg for $910,000 on Sept. 25.

The Albjergs paid $480,000 for the property in March 2000. The 1,808-square-foot house was built in 1890 in the Capitol Hill neighborhood.

DiJulio is the executive vice president of M+R, a non-profit organization. She also was a spokeswoman about Internet campaigns for major media outlets.

She previously worked for TechRocks, where she developed an Internet strategy for the Heritage Forests Campaign.

According to BlockShopper.com, there were 4,155 home sales in Washington in 2008, with a median sales price of $375,000.
