IT sourcing lawyer buys 5BD in Cardozo/Shaw

Medium f78ff4cb2468b18ff3367be5d02a0466 Robert Edward Lee Hasty bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 2014 15th St. N.W. in Washington, D.C. from Robert A. Mould for $1.1268 million on Oct. 13.

Mould and Kevin M. O'Neill bought the property for $315,000 in Oct. 2005. The 2,237-square-foot house was built in 1905 in the Cardozo/Shaw neighborhood.

Mr. Hasty is a counsel in the D.C. office of Alston & Bird LLP, a business firm. He works in the firm's technology and global sourcing areas.

He received his B.S.E. in electrical engineering in 1986 from Duke University and his J.D. in 1990 from the University of Virginia.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,205 home sales in Washington, D.C. during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $374,700.
