Facundo Fiorino and Rocio Gonzalez sold a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 708 Irving St. N.E. in Washington, D.C. to Taha Ismail for $289,000 on Sept. 30.

The 920-square-foot house was built in 1932 in the Stronghold neighborhood.

Mr. Fiorino is technical program manager at ITT Corp., a global engineering and manufacturing company.

He attended The George Washington University, the University of Maryland College Park and Montgomery College.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 4,205 home sales in Washington, D.C. during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $374,700.
