Intellectual property lawyer sells Chevy Chase 2BD

Medium d0ee27c5ecce466e7e9ef25025a9912c Timothy Joseph Klima sold a two-bedroom, two-bath home at 2900 Kanawha St. N.W. in Washington, D.C. to Kenneth Harrison Shannon, Jr., and Milena Lefterova Shannon for $700,000 on Sept. 30.

Klima is an attorney in the intellectual property group at Shuttleworth & Ingersoll PLC.

He received a B.S. in engineering from Iowa State University and his J.D. from the University of Iowa School of Law. He also received an M.B.A. from the University of Iowa.
