IMF senior economist buys North Bethesda 5BD

Medium af7d466a262ad801ba48cfd4078f09c3 Stephan Michael Danninger and Kyung Hwa Kwon bought a five-bedroom, five-bath home at 10016 Clue Court in North Bethesda from John Mihailidis and Theodore Floros for $925,000 on Oct. 5.

The house was built in 1955 in the Bethesda North of Wilson Lane neighborhood.

Danninger is a senior economist at the world economics studies division of the International Monetary Fund in Washington, D.C.

He earned his bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Graz in Austria and his Ph.D. in economics from Columbia University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 495 home sales in North Bethesda during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $365,000.
