Trial lawyer sells Bethesda 4BD for $1.695M

Medium 27aacf6e5a5fc4e6f578079239f80d24 Charles and Ruth Eisen sold a four-bedroom, 6.5-bath home at 7000 Armat Dr. in Bethesda to Daniel and Anne-Marie Leroy for $1.695 million on Oct. 14.

The 3,246-square-foot house was built in 1947 in the Bethesda North of Wilson Lane neighborhood.

Mr. Eisen is a partner at the K&L Gates law firm in Washington, D.C. He is a trial lawyer with more than 35 years of experience in the trial of jury and non-jury cases in federal and state courts across the U.S. He also served in the U.S. Army from 1967 to 1971.

He earned his B.A. from Princeton University, in 1964 and his LL.B. from Yale Law School in 1967.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 769 home sales in Bethesda during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $719,000.
