Ryan Tappis and Erica Bosch bought a home at 12666 Granite Ridge Dr. in Gaithersburg from Haley Groves for $458,500 on Oct. 26.

Groves paid $495,000 for the property on Nov. 2. The 1,774-square-foot house was built in 1992 in the Gaithersburg West of Eisenhower Hwy. neighborhood.

Tappis has served as a director of business development at MBL Technologies, a provider of project and program management, enterprise security, privacy and integration services. Prior to that, he was a senior analyst at Project Performance Corp. and a senior consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton.

He attended the University of Maryland.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,113 home sales in Gaithersburg during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $306,000.
