The 2,304-square-foot house was built in 1930 in the Chevy Chase South of E. West Highway neighborhood.

Richman is an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. She previously was a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas Penfield Jackson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia.

She completed a bachelor's degree at St. Mary's College in Maryland and she received her J.D. from Georgetown University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 184 home sales in Chevy Chase during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $900,000.
