Stacey and O'Neil Ormsby bought a four-bath home at 8220 Collingdale Way in Montgomery Village for $520,000 from Clement Ashekoni on Oct. 21.

Ashekoni paid $750,000 for the property in March 2007. The 3,702-square-foot house was built in 1997 in the Montgomery Village East of Montgomery Village Ave. neighborhood.

Stacey Ormsby is an associate with the law firm Bryan Cave LLP. Ormsby specializes in the areas of business law, commercial litigation, criminal law, labor and employment law and government related law.

Ormsby completed a bachelor's degree at the University of Virginia and a J.D. at Howard University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 1,200 home sales in Montgomery Village during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $220,000.
