Csepe and Nojani paid $232,000 for the property in April 2000. The 1,480-square-foot house was built in 1989 in the Rockville West of Hungerford Drive neighborhood.

Csepe is an assistant vice president at Chevy Chase Bank.

She attended the American University Kogod School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 612 sales in Rockville during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $385,000.
