Booz Allen Hamilton SVP spends in Kemp Mill

Medium 217c6bf607ab92e6ca86f8dca4ee9971 Dov S. Zakheim bought a three-bath home at 11901 Viewcrest Terrace in Kemp Mill from Michael Arkin for $1.05 million on Oct. 16.

The 4,472-square-foot house was built in 1971 in the Kemp Mill North of University Blvd. neighborhood.

Zakheim is a senior vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he leads the firm's global defense business. Prior to that, he held a number of positions with the Department of Defense, held executive positions at SPC International Corp., and he was with the Congressional Budget Office.

He earned his bachelor's degree from Columbia University and his doctorate in economics and politics from the University of Oxford St. Anthony's College. He also attended the London School of Economics.

According to, there have been 117 home sales in Kemp Mill during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $334,900.
