Teambuilding company co-founder buys in Bethesda

Medium 2d2a904266ceb5ae5e51bc442abf625f Beth and Alan Ranzer bought a three-bath home at 5106 Viking Rd. in Bethesda from Natalie Adams for $730,000 on Oct. 27.

The 2,190-square-foot house was built in 1956 in the Bethesda North of Wilson Lane neighborhood.

Mr. Ranzer is the managing partner and co-founder of Impact 4 Good, a company that specializes in teambuilding initiatives. He previously worked for various domestic and international non-profit organizations that specialize in community service.

He received his master's degree in international development from American University.

According to, there have been 888 home sales in Bethesda during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $715,000.
