Ms. Kane is a senior financial management specialist at the World Bank.

Mr. Ghoulian is the manager of Closet Stretchers Inc. in Rockville.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 580 home sales in North Bethesda during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $360,000.
