Oil company owner sells in Gaithersburg

Medium e2b09add53c9885c01c75732dbc808e4 Travis and Carrie Booth sold a 2.5-bath home at 403 Main St. in Gaithersburg to Debra, David and Rae Amsellem for $630,000 on Oct. 30.

The 1,940-square-foot house was built in 2001 in the Gaithersburg West of Eisenhower Highway neighborhood.

Mr. Booth is the owner and a general counsel at Empire Petroleum Holdings LLC, an oil distribution company in Rockville. He has previously worked with Hirschel, Savitz, Parker & Hollman P.A., and he was a law clerk at a Baltimore law firm.

He earned his B.A. in sociology from the University of Maryland-College Park and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 884 home sales in Gaithersburg during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $313,000.
