FDA scientist buys Cloverly 5BD

Medium 0b09e4beea327f28b63cd1de533c48bc Irada Isayeva bought a five-bedroom, three-bath home at 2128 Edgewater St. in Cloverly from Roger Andrew and Ruth E. Kemp for $440,000 on Oct. 16.

The 2,884-square-foot house was built in 1974 in the Cloverly North of Briggs Chaney Road neighborhood.

Isayeva is a staff scientist in the biology and chemistry divisions at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

She holds a Ph.D. in polymer chemistry.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 80 home sales in Cloverly during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $365,000.
