6110 River LLC paid $500,000 for the property in Sept. 2007. The 6,050-square-foot house was built in 2007 in the Bethesda South of Wilson Lane neighborhood.

Dr. Nusrat is a clinical neurophysiologist who works in the center for neuroscience and behavioral medicine at the Children's National Medical Center in Washington, D.C.

She earned her M.D. in 1991 from the University of Chittagong Medical College in Bangladesh, where she also completed her internship in 1993. She served her residency at the Eastern Virginia Medical School and her fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the Children's National Medical Center.
