Langmaid paid $630,000 for the property in May 2002. The 1,955-square-foot house was built in 1927.

Langmaid is the owner, chairman and CEO of Mazza Real Estate, LLC, a real estate company. He previously served as the deputy commissioner at the General Services Administration, an independent agency of the United States government.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 14 home sales in Cathedral Heights during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $280,000.
