Staff director for NWPC sells 2BD in Cardozo/Shaw

Medium e4b949224592b7c64ca9bb3b5ca22cf9 Andrew J. Dubill sold a two-bedroom, one-bath home at 2248 12th Place N.W. in Cardozo/Shaw to Charles W. Prosch and Caroline E. Ross for $549,000 on Nov. 1.

The 1,136-square-foot house was built in 1900 and is located in the U Street Historic District.

Dubill is a staff director for the National War Powers Commission of the Miller Center of Public Affairs at the University of Virginia.
