Leshui Zhang sold a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 13817 Mustang Hill Lane in North Potomac to Yonghong Zhao, Fang Hua and Jiaqiang Ren for $560,000 on Oct. 18.

Zhang, along with Zhao Yonghong, paid $269,000 for the property in May 2000. The 1,702-square-foot house was built in 1986 in North Potomac East of Dufief Mill Road. It is located in the Potomac Ridge subdivision.

Zhang is a senior embedded software engineer at Syntek Systems, Inc., a computer software company in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Zhang previously held the same position at Northrop Grumman.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 83 home sales in North Potomac during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $635,000.
