The Johnsons paid $405,000 for the property in Nov. 2003. The 1,496-square-foot house was built in 1985. Brian Johnson himself is the listing agent for the home.

Ms. Johnson is the founder and president of Optimyze LLC, a consulting services firm that provides strategic and tactical process reengineering services associated with merchandising, product design and development.

She was a visiting professor at the Massachusetts College of Art in Boston and an adjunct professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 15 home sales in Tuckahoe during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $761,250.
